There has been a lot of talk lately about people getting healthy and we want to talk about it. Seriously… health is important and we want to encourage everyone to participate. So that’s what we’re going to do. For this first episode of the fitness conversations we talk to Ryan (@spyvrr) and Chris (@cmplummer) about their personal journey. We’re dipping our toes in nice and easy, and talking about how you can start things off without going crazy in the gym.
