With round seven now complete, the player will take a break to relax and rest before the beginning of day two tomorrow with another two rounds of draft to be played before switching back to Standard for the final three rounds.

As of the end of round seven these are the standings for everyone that is currently at eighteen points and more or have a record of 6-1-0, and with Dan Lanthier having lost in the last round only Jeremie Ross-Latour and Jon Boutin remain as the only two undefeated players:

Based on last year’s event, which had a smaller number of participants, 27 points was the cutoff to make Top 8 or players with a record of 9-3-0 would make it into Top 8 with the magic number being four loses before someone was eliminated. Currently everyone sitting with twelve points must win out in their remaining rounds while hoping for a little luck that their breakers will be improved and help them get there. Where as everyone above the twelve point threshold still have some leeway for making mistakes although not very much room.
