COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customers,

I would like to take this opportunity to update you on our new efforts to reduce the spread of Covid-19. These changes will take place immediately. We will be closing many of our services in order to protect our employees, customers and the general public. We will be providing additional services to our customers via our website so that they can continue to build and maintain their TCG collections. We will also be instituting a free shipping model, a buy list bonus, and free appraisals.

Retail spaces

We will be closing our play space indefinitely and cancelling all events.
We will no longer be selling any TCG singles at our retail locations.
We will be buying, selling and trading TCG singles by drop-off only (details bellow).

Our retail spaces will be operating with reduced hours; from 12pm to 7pm on weekdays, and from 12pm to 5pm on weekends.
The sale of non-singles at our retail stores will remain unchanged for the time being.
Any type of loitering or extended stay time will not be permitted.
We will be performing extensive disinfection and cleaning at our locations during this period.

Purchasing Singles Online – Free Shipping

-All singles purchased must be made online.
-All store pick-ups will be free.
-Shipments from our warehouse to our Toronto location will be extended to 3x a week.
-Free shipping on all TCG orders over $20.
-Free expedited shipping with tracking on all orders over $100, can include any products.

Selling and Trading – 8% Cash Bonus; 35% Trade Bonus

– We will be giving bonuses on all our buy lists. Customers will have the option of having an 8% cash bonus (paid via check or PayPal), or a trade bonus of 35%.

-Buy orders will only be accepted as drop-offs at our retail locations or by mail.

How to sell cards

All purchases and trades will be processed by our acquisition’s department, located at our head offices.

Here are the following ways in which you can take advantage of our bonuses:

1.Traditional Buy Order

Filling out a buy order on list and mailing it in will remain unchanged. The prices listed on our buy list do not include the bonuses. We will apply an 8% cash bonus (paid via check or PayPal), or a 35% trade bonus after the grading process.

Bring your collection to one of our retail spaces. We will create a ticket number for you. Then after one of our specialists evaluates the collection, we will contact you via email as to the total amount. If for any reason you change your mind or disagree with our grading or evaluation, we will return your cards unharmed.

Go to Search for “Buy Order Appraisal” in the search bar.

Or go to the buy list page and search for the item “Buy Order Appraisal”

Add 1 (one) “Buy Order Appraisal” to your cart.

Submit the buy list – you will need to create an account or log-in if you already have one.

Once you receive an email confirmation, print the confirmation and mail it in  with any amount of cards you wish to sell. Our acquisition department will then grade the cards for you, at which point you will receive a final appraisal via email. Once accepted you will be paid out with the appropriate bonus. Should you want your cards back at any time during the process we will mail them back to you at our cost.

Finally, I would like to say that we are taking every measure to protect our employee’s financial situation in these trying times. Many customers have formed relationships with various members of our extensive staff, and I want to give you my personal assurances that we will have their backs.
