Choosing to head out to Kyoto, Japan for the Theros team sealed Grand Prix rather than the closer Standard Grand Prix in Albuquerque, New Mexico this weekend, Hayne, Hoaen, and Hron navigated to an amazing 9-0 undefeated record on Day 1 of the Grand Prix. Day 2, they kept up the winning in the draft portion to make top 4, defeating Japanese juggernaut forces Tomoharu Saito, Shouta Yasooka, and Katsuhiro Mori in a 3-0 sweep semifinal, then taking on and vanquishing Makihito Mihara, Jun’ichiro Bandou, and Kentarou Yamamoto 2-1 to win the final.

With all this success at Theros limited, will one of the Triple H’s be bringing the same results next weekend on Canadian turf to earn another trophy at Grand Prix Toronto? One week to find out!
